Estefania is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she practices immigration law exclusively. Estefania focuses her practice on supporting multinational corporate clients in the financial services industries in all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship.
Prior to her current role, Estefania served as a Law Clerk in Fragomen’s New York office. She attended law school in the evening while remaining a full-time employee with Fragomen. Prior to joining Fragomen, Estefania was a paralegal at a boutique immigration law firm focused on corporate clientele.
As a former DACA recipient, Estefania is passionate about assisting other young, ambitious immigrants. While in law school, she provided pro bono immigration support to refugees and asylum seekers and participated in several Citizenship Day events and Know Your Rights clinics. She also attended a week-long intensive training in Amman, Jordan, where she worked alongside supervising attorneys and law students to interview refugees and to learn best practices when working with victims of trauma.
Estefania is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Russian.
