Giulia is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Atlanta office, where she handles nonimmigrant visa applications and petitions including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, TN, E-3 and E-1/E-2 investor visas, as well as PERM and employment- and family-based immigrant petitions. As an immigrant herself, Giulia believes in a client-oriented practice based on deep understanding of the challenges and emotions connected to each immigration path.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Giulia worked at a boutique business immigration law firm in Washington, DC, where she assisted clients—from startups and individuals to multinational corporations—in various sectors, including aerospace, renewable energy, media, biopharmaceutical, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and food excipients, education and consulting, on all aspects of U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Giulia has experience in several nonimmigrant categories (E-1, E-2, E-3, B-1, B-2, B after sales, TN, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, I-1, C-1/D and J-1), EB-1 petitions, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, PERM labor certifications, family-based immigration categories and immigrant consular visa processing. She also has experience with complex matters involving Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny, motions, appeals and PERM audits.

Giulia has provided pro bono assistance through Catholic Charities USA, Human Rights First, and Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), where she prepared VAWA applications for women victims of domestic violence, represented defensive asylum applicants and advised minors from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) requests.

Giulia speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
