Harry is a Senior Manager and Workforce Planning Lead in Fragomen’s London office. He partners with multinational corporations to strategically design and develop their global immigration programmes. His work focuses on aligning workforce and talent mobility policies with business objectives, advising on process efficiencies, and benchmarking client practices against industry best standards.
Harry helps clients take a long-term, strategic view of mobility by supporting on policy design and implementation and integrating immigration strategy into wider workforce planning initiatives. He works across sectors to ensure immigration programmes are not only compliant but also commercially effective and competitive.
In addition to his client work, Harry collaborates with Fragomen’s business development and knowledge teams to shape new service offerings and scalable solutions that respond to evolving workforce trends. He regularly supports client pitches, RFPs and strategic projects, helping clients understand how immigration can drive both operational efficiency and return on investment.
Harry also contributes to Fragomen’s thought leadership, producing insights on workforce planning, mobility optimisation and the future of global immigration policy.
