Jaquelyn is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she assists corporate clients in preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
Jaquelyn has experience assisting foreign nationals and employers in a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including developing case strategies and filing PERM applications, preference-based immigration visa petitions and H-1B, L-1 and F-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions with the government. She also has experience helping individuals obtain U.S. citizenship through naturalization.
During law school, Jaquelyn was a Student Attorney at Northeastern University School of Law’s Community Business Clinic as well as a Senior Staff Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review.
