Manuela is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Brussels office. She focuses on expanding the business in the Belgian and Luxembourg markets, working closely with Fragomen’s inbound teams, focusing mainly on highly skilled work permit, posting of workers and annual compliance notification.
With 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Manuela has developed a strong experience in talent management, international recruitment, workforce planning and has overseen several HR transformation projects. Her career has spanned both global organizations and dynamic industries, including FMCG, beauty and high-end luxury retail. She has worked in Paris, Bucharest and Brussels with a highly diverse workforce.
She aims to collaborate with HR leaders and professionals to help them optimize their global mobility programs through intelligent and compliant talent movement worldwide. She is also involved with local DEI and wellbeing initiatives. Since 2021, she has been a Mental Health First Aiders certified by Stretching the City.
Prior to her current role, Manuela worked as the HR lead at Fragomen for four years, overseeing the HR function and operations in our Brussels, Paris and Amsterdam locations.
Manuela speaks English, French and Romanian.
