Mary Kate is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office and has been with Fragomen since 2015. She has extensive experience overseeing and handling a broad range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters for clients of all sizes in the education, nonprofit, technology, e-commerce and finance sectors. Mary Kate regularly prepares, reviews and advises on H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, O-2, EB-1, PERM, K-1, FBGC and adjustment of status cases, as well as Requests for Evidence. She has more than five years of experience managing corporate accounts at Fragomen, which has involved overseeing large foreign national populations, building strong client relationships and implementing streamlined processes for legal and client teams alike.
Mary Kate assisted with legal research for the Tahirih Justice Center on a pro bono basis throughout law school and has assisted with Temporary Protected Status clinics through The Office of New Americans of Miami-Dade.
