Minu is a Manager based in Fragomen’s Dubai International Financial Centre office. She leads key service lines, including UAE inbound essential immigration services–Fragomen’s cost-effective immigration solutions division–as well as document attestation support across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
In her role, Minu is responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery of UAE inbound immigration services. She partners closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver compliant, efficient and commercially sound solutions within a complex and continuously evolving regulatory environment. She also oversees end-to-end document attestation services across the region.
Prior to relocating to the UAE, Minu worked within Fragomen’s Consular Practice in India, where she supported outbound consular services and developed extensive experience in managing high-volume, complex visa and documentation processes. Her experience across both India and the MENA region enables her to bring a broad, global perspective to service delivery, operational leadership and client engagement.
Minu is recognized for her strong leadership presence, operational excellence and client-centric approach. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, regional partners and senior stakeholders to enhance service quality, optimize processes and ensure the consistent delivery of high standards across jurisdictions.
Minu is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
