Mylène is an Immigration Program Manager based in Fragomen’s Paris office. She oversees the delivery of immigration programs for global clients across the EMEA region and worldwide. Her role includes coordinating all key stakeholders—client entities in various countries, relocation providers and Fragomen offices globally—to ensure a seamless experience.
Mylène also manages immigration compliance across jurisdictions, addresses escalations and oversees reporting, client training, technology integration, KPIs, data governance and billing. Additionally, she provides clients with insights on global immigration trends and benchmarks.
