Nadine is the Managing Partner of Fragomen’s UK practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, which oversees the global operations and strategic direction of the firm. She is based in our London office and has almost 20 years’ experience in UK immigration law.
Nadine is considered an international authority on investment immigration solution globally and her practice focuses on advising clients in this regard. She works with high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, third party advisors in the private wealth industry and governments on investment migration. She was instrumental in establishing the Fragomen Private Client Practice, which provides immigration advice and strategies to private clients globally.
Nadine is a regular speaker and panelist at various events on investment migration around the world. She is also regularly invited to comment in the press on the subject and she is on the board of the Investment Migration Council.

Advised governments and industry bodies around the world on development of citizenship by investment and investor migration programmes with a particular focus on compliance and industry best standards.
Instrumental in the establishment of the Fragomen Private Client Practice.
Advised multinational clients on corporate immigration strategy across the EMEA region.
Responsible for the establishment and oversight of the Fragomen International Internship Programme that sponsors qualified interns under Tier 5 of the Points Based System.
Responsible for the establishment and oversight of the Fragomen Compliance and Audit team.
