Negin is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office. She has more than a decade of experience advising individuals and employers ranging from Fortune 50 companies to startups on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and permanent residency matters. Her extensive experience includes partnering with clients to ensure immigration program compliance as well as to develop immigration strategies and programs that meet business needs.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Negin worked at the Immigration Center for Women and Children in San Francisco, California, where she provided immigration counsel to victims of crime and domestic violence. She was also a law clerk for the Phoenix Immigration Court, and participated in both the Immigration Clinic and the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Negin speaks English and Farsi.
