Nofisatu (Nofi) is a Senior Manager with Fragomen’s Worldwide Private Client Practice, where she spearheads strategic growth initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. Based in the Dubai office, she is responsible for managing key client relationships and delivering tailored immigration solutions to a diverse clientele, including highly skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, students, retirees and multinational corporations. Nofi guides clients through the complexities of global citizenship and residency, ensuring their immigration objectives are seamlessly aligned with both personal and professional aspirations.

With more than 15 years of dynamic experience spanning sectors such as financial services, private equity, healthcare infrastructure and real estate development, Nofi’s career has taken her across the U.S., Middle East, Africa and Asia. She played a key role in the creation and implementation of the UAE’s Golden Visa, Virtual Working Permit Programs and the UAE Investor Visa for Property Owners, which have since supported the needs of more than 100 multinational corporations and thousands of Fragomen's private clients.

In addition to her client work, Nofi serves as Fragomen’s DE&I Ambassador for the Middle East. She has led multiple initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across the region. Her efforts to promote unity and respect across the organization have resulted in several successful programs, highlighting her commitment to creating a collaborative and supportive work environment for all employees.

Nofi is also an accomplished speaker and writer, contributing to international forums and publishing articles on various immigration solutions.
