Paloma is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Rio de Janeiro office with more than 13 years of experience supporting large national and international companies with immigration matters in Brazil. She provides high quality experiences for clients in various industries, including power and utilities, technology and entertainment. She has experience assisting multinational companies with their immigration practices, procedures and policies in Brazil and Latin America as well as advising clients on complex immigration matters and the effects of complex decisions made by immigration and government authorities.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Paloma was a Senior Associate Attorney and led an immigration and consulting department in one of the largest law firms in Rio de Janeiro, where she assisted thousands of international assignees and their families with their immigration processes in Brazil.

Paloma speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
