Vicki is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Atlanta office, where she advises clients of varying sizes from a wide range of industries on immigration matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Vicki handled immigration and foreign affairs for U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, helping individuals resolve issues with federal agencies relating to nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, customs, international adoption and passports. She also assisted U.S. citizens with emergencies abroad.
Previously, Vicki practiced immigration law at a New York City firm, where she handled employment and investment-based cases, and represented victims of crimes and domestic violence. During law school, she focused on immigration matters during her clerkship at the Chicago Legal Clinic.
Vicki speaks English, Italian, Mandarin and Spanish.
