Zak is the Senior Corporate Services Manager at Fragomen's Dubai office, where he leads the development and implementation of the firm's corporate structuring division across Middle East and North Africa. With more than 7 years of experience in UAE consultancy and corporate advisory, he has extensive experience in guiding international businesses through their regional expansion and structuring requirements.
He provides strategic direction and oversight for the delivery of comprehensive corporate solutions, focusing on entity formation, structuring and ongoing corporate compliance. His experience lies in designing and implementing efficient operational frameworks while building and maintaining strategic client relationships across multiple organizational levels.
Currently, he is spearheading Fragomen's expansion into the corporate services sector, with a particular focus on the UAE market. He leads the development of service offerings and delivery mechanisms for companies requiring corporate structuring solutions, including entity formation, corporate amendments and regulatory compliance. This role combines his technical knowledge of regional corporate requirements with strategic business advisory to ensure optimal corporate presence for international clients.
