Zohaib is an Immigration Manager with extensive global mobility and human capital experience across the Middle East, supporting multinational organizations through complex immigration, mobility and HR transformation initiatives. With a background spanning global mobility consulting, program management and HR business partnering, he brings several years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic workforce enablement.
Zohaib’s experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for the Middle East North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) region for a major global investment bank, where he oversaw end-to-end HR operations, payroll, employee relations and legal coordination. His work included managing large-scale organizational projects, optimizing HR systems and advising leadership on workforce planning and compliance matters.
Prior to his secondments, Zohaib held progressively lead roles within Fragomen and a consulting firm, where he managed high-volume corporate accounts, delivered strategic mobility solutions across the Middle East and strengthened client relationships through tailored immigration strategies and operational improvements. He has extensive experience leading high performing teams, managing vendors, driving business development initiatives and designing compliant mobility frameworks aligned with complex business needs.
Zohaib holds a master’s degree in international business and management from The University of Manchester, supplemented by international academic experience in Canada and Pakistan. His broad regional exposure, cross-functional experience and commitment to service excellence make him a trusted advisor to global organizations navigating today’s evolving mobility landscape.
