Join Fragomen Partner Marius Tollenaere along with the Migration Law Research Center at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg for the “Regulatory Policy in Labor Migration” conference in Berlin on Thursday, 20 June 2024.
Labour migration to Germany is now characterised by a liberal legal framework, even in international comparison. At the same time, the labor migration system is becoming increasingly complex and extensive. This applies to legal questions as well as the roles of the administration, applicants and employers in the migration process, as well as the state's appearance as an advisor and service provider in this field. The specialist conference will address how the regulatory framework can be made future-proof and how the recruitment of skilled workers can be made easier, bringing together representatives from administration, business, science and politics to approach these topics from a regulatory perspective.
If you would like to attend this session, please confirm by June 14, 2024 at: [email protected].
