The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) recently released the latest edition of its Consular Practice Handbook, which aims to be a go-to guide for immigration lawyers navigating the complexities of consular processing, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processing, third-country national processing, how to expedite a case, and more.
