AMSTERDAM – 23 September, 2024 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, announces that Carter Bovard has joined as Partner in its Amsterdam office.
Bovard, who previously worked at Fragomen for nearly a decade, returns to the firm with extensive global mobility and immigration experience in managing complex, multinational client engagements across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. Prior to rejoining Fragomen, Bovard held senior positions at several professional services firms, where he successfully led the growth and expansion of their immigration services.
In his new role, Bovard will support initiatives aimed at strengthening Fragomen’s presence in Europe and enhancing the firm’s client service capabilities.
