AMSTERDAM – 23 September, 2024 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, announces that Carter Bovard has joined as Partner in its Amsterdam office.

Bovard, who previously worked at Fragomen for nearly a decade, returns to the firm with extensive global mobility and immigration experience in managing complex, multinational client engagements across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. Prior to rejoining Fragomen, Bovard held senior positions at several professional services firms, where he successfully led the growth and expansion of their immigration services.

In his new role, Bovard will support initiatives aimed at strengthening Fragomen’s presence in Europe and enhancing the firm’s client service capabilities.

“It is always wonderful to welcome talented professionals back to our firm, and Carter will be a fantastic addition to our European team, based out of the Amsterdam office. His insights will complement our existing, extensive knowledge and experience as we assist our clients with complex cross-border immigration matters,” said George Koureas, Managing Partner, Europe.

Bovard has a strong history of establishing and leading immigration practices, expanding service offerings, and managing key client relationships. His leadership in global strategies, client service initiatives, and government relations has played a crucial role in setting industry standards.

“Carter’s return to Fragomen is a testament to the firm’s incredibly strong culture and commitment to talent, learning and development. We foster an environment where collaboration, continuous growth, and innovation are at the forefront, which is why so many of our professionals choose to come back,” said Christine Sullivan, Managing Partner of Fragomen’s Amsterdam office. “Our clients and our team will benefit extensively from Carter’s deep knowledge of global mobility and immigration, as well as his strong international experience across multiple regions.”

“I am thrilled to return to Fragomen and to join such a dynamic team,” said Bovard. “Having worked at the firm, I know the exceptional caliber of people across the firm and the wealth of knowledge that we offer. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and supporting our clients as they contend with a myriad of global mobility challenges to help ensure their success.”
