November 14, 2022 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, is pleased to welcome Darren Gibson as partner. Gibson, a leader in workforce planning and global mobility, will work as part of a team to advance the firm’s growth through expansion efforts, and drive its focus on relevant broader global mobility initiatives. Fragomen recently announced new co-chairs-elect and is strategically poised for even greater growth through geographic expansion, continued significant investment in technology and talent acquisition across broad segments in a fast-evolving industry. Gibson’s arrival will further cement the firm’s position as a global leader in this area.
Gibson joins Fragomen after more than 16 years at EY, where he was responsible for leading the people advisory services practice in the Asia-Pacific region. He brings with him in-depth experience in developing and advising on programs related to mobility and immigration, compensation and reward, HR technology and systems, talent management, organizational performance, change management, organizational design, HR process improvement and M&A.
