Darren is a business driver of growth and transformation, focusing on organisations with complex workforces. His focus is on identifying the right people, for the right roles, in the right place, at the right time for the right cost. He uses his extensive experience and knowledge to help lead and drive Fragomen’s global mobility solutions, helping clients move their workforce around the world in a seamless and effective manner.

With more than 25 years of experience, Darren has worked on various aspects of HR, including operational, tactical, planning and strategic levels and has a strong track record of growing an organization’s commercial results. He is a strategic adviser on matters related to workforce mobility and immigration, remuneration and reward, HR technology and systems, talent management, organizational performance, change management, organizational design, HR process improvement and M&A.

A frequent presenter and author, Darren has spoken about and written on talent management, workforce planning, industrial relations and rostering, sourcing, rostering and labor costing.

Darren most often works with companies who have large global complex workforce requirements and has focused on sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, power & utilities and transportation sectors, as well as government entities. He has solved workforce challenges for companies large and small across all geographies.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Darren worked at EY leading their Asia-Pacific people strategy division.
