Raport przedstawia zaktualizowane wymogi dotyczące dokumentacji, deklaracje online oraz nowe podstawy odmowy wydania zezwolenia, dając pracodawcom przegląd kluczowych kwestii związanych z przestrzeganiem przepisów.
Analiza została współfinansowana ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus w ramach programu Europejskie Fundusze na rzecz Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027.

Poland Immigration Strategy Director Tomasz Rogala, in partnership with Konfederacja Lewiatan, authored an analysis on 2025 changes to work permits and foreign employment in Poland. The report outlines updated documentation requirements, online declarations and new grounds for refusal, giving employers an overview of key compliance considerations.
The European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, supported the analysis.
