Adam joined Fragomen as an Associate in 2009 and assists state government agencies and multinational corporations with immigrant and nonimmigrant work visas, as well as assists with family-based immigration and citizenship matters. Prior to joining Fragomen, Adam practiced immigration law for an immigration firm based in New York, where he provided immigration services related to removal defense, in addition to employment- and family-based immigration and citizenship matters. Adam has assisted employers in various industries, including health care, higher education, marketing and communications, information technology, data analytics, governmental and nongovernmental research organizations, financial services, restaurants and hotels, steel, and engineering and construction, among others.
While in law school, Adam interned with the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (New York Immigration Court) and with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service’s Office of the Chief Counsel for the Northeast Region. Adam has also worked with the New York City Bar’s Immigration Outreach Project, and Catholic Charities’ Department of Immigrant & Refugee Services, as well as engaged in significant pro bono representation as an associate at Fragomen.

Strong background with experience in providing high-touch service to C-Suite multinational employees and their families for time-sensitive transfers
Worked with a global marketing implementation agency to help establish their immigration program after opening a satellite office in the U.S., then coordinated immigration services in support of periodic workshops that drew over 30-100 resources from multiple countries at a time with limited lead time
Provided immigration counsel to large companies undergoing corporate restructuring, including updating H-1B public access files and/or filing amended visa petitions
Proven success responding to lengthy and complex requests for additional evidence of eligibility for H-1B, L-1 and O-1 nonimmigrant classification, as well as immigrant visa petitions, leading revisions to the format and content of EB-1C (Multinational Manager) submissions, which dramatically reduced the frequency of such requests
