Adeline is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses on employment-based immigration matters for small and mid-size corporate clients and investors, including tech start-ups, entertainment production companies and financial services firms. She also oversees individual client matters pertaining to business and family-based immigration.
Adeline represents clients in a wide range of nonimmigrant visa matters, including O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability, E-2 treaty investors, L-1 intra-company transferees, H-1B specialty occupation workers, TN visas and E-3 visas. She also represents clients in permanent residency matters, such as EB-1, PERM labor certification, National Interest Waivers (NIW) and EB-5 immigrant investor visas.
As an immigrant herself, Adeline understands the personal challenges of immigration and shares her insights to successfully navigate the complex immigration system. Prior to joining Fragomen, Adeline practiced immigration law at a boutique business immigration law firm based in Los Angeles, advising clients of all sizes in a variety of sectors. Prior to moving to Southern California, Adeline practiced as a French-licensed attorney for an international law firm in Paris. She also worked as an in-house lawyer for a major investment bank in London.
