Alfred is a Senior Manager with Fragomen’s Asia Pacific Coordination Center (APCC) in Singapore. He manages a team of experienced consultants coordinating personnel transfer programs into Japan, Indonesia, Brunei, Myanmar and Mongolia, and oversees services provided by partner Local Advisors in these countries.

Alfred has extensive experience assisting a variety of corporate clients with their immigration needs, including coordinating and strategically consulting on their employees’ international assignments. He oversees his team’s varied portfolio and has extensive experience managing cases for VIP clients.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Alfred served as a Senior Officer with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore, where he managed teams responsible for the implementation and enforcement of Singapore's immigration laws at the checkpoints and services centers.

Alfred speaks English, Japanese and Chinese.

Experience

Successfully planned and executed a project to audit the immigration statuses of a major client’s foreign national workforce in Japan.

Worked with clients to successfully advocate for obtaining Designated Activities visas for the accompanying spouse of same-sex couples.

Partnered with various clients to successfully navigate through the Highly Skilled Professional (HSP) visa for foreign national employees.

Successfully transitioned one of the largest multinational corporation accounts for Japan and received positive feedback from the client.
