Amy has practiced employment-based immigration law for 20 years in various capacities, including establishing and managing the immigration program in-house for a global software development company, managing her own immigration practice and providing immigration counsel at Fragomen. She leverages this experience to help corporations and individuals navigate the increasingly complex U.S. immigration process.
Amy has experience counseling clients on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration law, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, citizenship and immigration advisory support for corporate reorganizations. She is especially adept at developing creative strategies for foreign nationals with specific U.S. immigration desires that can be achieved by investment in the U.S.
Amy also has experience with immigration litigation, immigration compliance matters (e.g., E-Verify, LCA and Form I-9), family immigration matters, naturalization and the establishment of corporate immigration policies. She has also provided presentations and trainings on immigration matters.
