Ann consults with clients on all aspects of strategic immigration policy design, program management and international workforce planning. She acts as a true business counselor to her clients as they identify, recruit and deploy mission-critical talent across international borders in a complex and ever-changing immigration environment.

Ann co-leads Fragomen’s U.S.-based Immigration Program Management Group, which spearheads global strategic planning for companies of every stripe and size—from major financial services, technology, consulting and energy companies to startups and entrepreneurs in emerging sectors. Deployed as thought leaders within her clients’ organizations, Ann and her team apply immigration and mobility guidance along with data-driven insights to implement innovative solutions, including:

Global Business Transformation—Ann works closely with clients to transform their operations from highly centralized, siloed structures to expansive, distributed worldwide businesses.

M&A and Transactional Work—She provides crucial advice on transactions and related business planning through her deep understanding of international business and the immigration aspects of due diligence.

Immigration Program Incubation—Ann spearheads an Accelerator team within the firm to ensure that clients with fledgling immigration programs and/or operations in new markets make the most of Fragomen’s full spectrum of resources from service offerings, to data insights, to technological solutions.

Digital Technology Adoption—Ann designed and configured fundamental concepts underlying Fragomen’s cutting-edge business travel technology and implements client adoption. 

Crisis Management—From the Fukushima disaster to ongoing global conflicts, Ann has played an important role in minimizing business disruption and addressing crisis scenarios by moving client talent and teams across borders safely, seamlessly and effectively.

Ann’s experience as a businessperson, including a stint as regional leader of the International Employment Solutions Practice of a leading financial services firm, and her academic background in tax law enables her to adapt quickly and decisively to the rapidly changing regulatory and economic consequences of global immigration.

Outside of her professional life, Ann is involved in multiple environmental and wildlife protection charities and initiatives.
