Ariana is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she counsels multinational corporate clients on the full range of nonimmigrant visas, including L-1, O-1 and EB-1 petitions.
Ariana first joined Fragomen as a Law Clerk, assisting in the preparation of responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny as well as reviewing various family-based humanitarian petitions. During law school, she served as both a Junior and Senior Staffer on her law school’s Law Review and worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Bill Ong Hing, a prominent figure at the Immigrant Legal Resource Center. She also assisted with family-based immigration matters, including DACA renewals, adjustment of status applications, asylum and employment authorization applications.
Ariana speaks English and Spanish.
