Ashish is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he assists clients with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. Ashish has experience filing nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-3, TN and F-1 STEM petitions. He also has experience filing EB-1 immigrant visa petitions in the Outstanding Researcher, Extraordinary Ability and Multinational Manager categories.

Ashish has supported clients through the development of large-scale visa sponsorship eligibility assessment programs. He has performed thousands of immigration assessments for clients to determine eligibility for nonimmigrant visa sponsorship and permanent residence. He has also advised clients regarding adjustment of status, from the initial petition filing to interviews for permanent residence.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Ashish served as an attorney at a large immigration firm in San Francisco, where he supported Fortune 500 clients in the technology sector in a variety of employment-based immigration matters.

Earlier in his practice, Ashish served as a criminal prosecutor in the San Francisco Bay area.

Ashish’s pro bono efforts have included representing clients in asylum, U visa and Violence Against Women Act matters.

Ashish speaks English and Hindi.
