Based in Fragomen’s Colombia office, Carla serves as a Senior Manager for major clients in Latin America. She also supervises a team that handles Colombia inbound immigration matters.
Carla has more than five years of immigration experience and has been responsible for managing immigration processes for various companies in Colombia and providing strategic immigration advice to clients’ senior management.
Carla previously served as a Senior Coordinator for the Andean region and handled immigration matters for Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela. She also supervised the regional team responsible for document and consular services and business visas. In 2016, Carla contributed to the opening of Fragomen’s Member Firm Network office in Lima, Peru. As a Peru Immigration Consultant, she coordinated the immigration process for short-term business travelers, local hires, business visitors, appointed workers and those seeking permanent residence.
