Her work extends to facilitating sponsor licenses, addressing compliance concerns, streamlining right-to-work checks and advising on business traveler strategies, remote and hybrid working arrangements, and other innovative workforce planning solutions—that align with clients’ global mobility and business objectives.
As a member of the UK Government Strategies practice, Charlotte is highly attuned to policy developments, enabling her to provide clients with a clear understanding of the implications and actionable guidance to navigate and adapt effectively.
