Charlotte is a Partner and solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office. As a lead solicitor to clients, she provides strategic immigration advice and support across a range of industries. Charlotte regularly advises global organisations on all applications covered by the UK Immigration Rules, under the Points Based System (PBS) and beyond. She supports a range of SMEs, national and multinational corporates, alongside private and high-net-worth individuals. Her role involves remaining agile to facilitate the immigration solutions of her clients, enabling them to achieve their global mobility and business objectives in a commercially efficient and legally robust manner.
Charlotte currently leads a portfolio of accounts that includes large financial institutions, companies from the IT and media industries, as well as clients from the oil and gas sector. This has included partnering with a significant number of clients to obtain sponsor licenses and providing tactical advice on compliance concerns, right to work checks, business traveller strategies and implementing immigration solutions for the international mobility of their employees. Charlotte leads Fragomen’s Space Sector Industry Group.
She is a frequent contributor of material to the legal press and beyond, including Law360, Best Start Human Resources and British American Business, as well as a regular speaker at webinars, seminars and events, including FEM Global Mobility Summit and Space Skills Alliance.
