Charlotte focuses on providing strategic immigration and mobility solutions to clients across a number of sectors, including technology firms, semiconductor and science organizations, and space—leading Fragomen’s global Space Industry Group. Her work extends to facilitating sponsor licenses, addressing compliance concerns, streamlining right-to-work checks and advising on business traveler strategies, remote and hybrid working arrangements, and other innovative workforce planning solutions—that align with clients’ global mobility and business objectives. 

As a member of the UK Government Strategies practice, Charlotte is highly attuned to policy developments, enabling her to provide clients with a clear understanding of the implications and actionable guidance to navigate and adapt effectively. With the growing emphasis on compliance, she offers comprehensive support, including tailored solutions and the development of mobility strategies that address the complexities of employer obligations in an ever-evolving global workforce landscape.
