Constanza is a Chilean attorney and the Chile Country Manager for Servicios Migratorios Chile (Fragomen’s affiliate in Chile) with more than ten years of experience in Chilean immigration and human mobility matters. She counsels clients in various industries, including mining, power and technology, on Chilean immigration law.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Constanza was an attorney for the Chilean Immigration Department, where she focused on improving immigration policy in Chile. She had an active role in drafting the Immigration Bill presented to Congress in 2017, in government efforts against human trafficking and statelessness, and representing Chile in Mercosur meetings for immigration and refugee matters.
From 2018 to 2024, Constanza was a teacher in the Universidad del Desarrollo’s immigration program for local government officials.
Constanza is actively engaged in pro bono work, associating our Chile office with Fundación Pro-Bono and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso to provide legal and judicial assistance for socially vulnerable immigrants.
