Danielle is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she counsels clients on all aspects of corporate immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, and PERM and adjustment of status filings with the USCIS and Department of Labor. She supports a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations in the financial services, power management and energy industries. Danielle also represents individuals in their family-based immigration petitions and consular applications and advises clients on immigration strategy and compliance issues.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Danielle was an Associate in the immigration department of an international Am Law 100 firm in the Boston area.
Danielle has provided pro bono services through Ascentria Care Alliance’s Immigration Legal Assistance Program, where she prepared a humanitarian parole application for an Afghan family of seven. She has also prepared Haitian Temporary Protected Status applications with the Rian Immigrant Center.
Danielle speaks English and is proficient in Spanish.
