Debora is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where she assists clients with employment- and family-based immigration matters. She has experience with a range of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including I-140, I-130, I-485, I-129, I-131, I-765, I-751 and PERM labor certifications. Debora also has experience preparing responses to inquiries and requests from the DOL and USCIS.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Debora was an attorney at another business immigration firm, where she handled immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. She also previously worked for Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR) Coalition, where she assisted with defense and removal cases for detained immigrants and litigated in the immigration courts.
During law school, Debora worked at Wake Forest University School of Law’s Naturalization Clinic and interned at the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Debora speaks English and Spanish.
