Diana is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office, where she counsels corporate clients across the technology, telecommunications, energy and engineering industries on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration law, including the immigration components of corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Diana was an Associate at a large corporate immigration firm, where she managed a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters for the firm’s largest client.
Diana speaks English and Korean.
