Diogo is a Managing Director at Fragomen in Rio de Janeiro, where he assists clients exclusively in the area of Brazilian business immigration. He provides immigration-related advisory services to highly-skilled workers or high-net-worth individuals throughout a wide variety of industries, including information technology, chemistry, naval, maritime and offshore, and engineering and construction, among others.

Diogo has more than 17 years of experience working with immigration in Brazil, and has assisted both large national and international companies. Prior to joining Fragomen, Diogo worked for several firms in Brazil, where he provided legal services including drafting documents and contracts involved for vessels operations, communication with authorities and consulting services.
