Dylan is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where he assists multinational corporate clients with a variety of immigration service matters. He focuses primarily on counseling clients through the PERM labor certification process.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Dylan worked as an adjudicating officer for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, where he assessed several kinds of immigration applications and petitions, including applications for adjustment of status and naturalization. He also worked as a Law Clerk for a business immigration firm in North Carolina and served as a Research Assistant for two professors during his law school career.
During law school, Dylan served as a Staff Member for the UNC Immigration Clinic, where he represented clients in humanitarian immigration applications. He was also involved in the collaboration between the law schools of the University of North Carolina and Duke University and the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy, where students assisted in the preparation of asylum seekers’ applications.
