Gabriella is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office and has been practicing immigration law within prestigious universities, a renowned national laboratory and a full-service immigration firm she established prior to joining Fragomen. She focuses on visas and green cards for highly skilled professionals, higher education institutions and for-profit and corporate entities. Gabriella is skilled at filing Conrad 30 (also known as State 30) waivers for foreign physicians, J-1 waivers based on exceptional hardship and Interested Government Agency (IGA) waivers.
Gabriella held various faculty positions, including Assistant Director, Faculty and Staff Immigration Services at University of Michigan and Assistant Director, International Employment Services at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Gabriella has provided pro bono assistance on R-1 visas for religious clergy.
