Gabrielle is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she assists multinational corporate clients with a wide range of immigration matters, including complex EB-1/O-1 extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher visas, PERM labor certifications, immigrant visas, Requests for Evidence and Adjustment of Status filings with USCIS and the U.S. Department of Labor. She has also advised individual clients on marriage-based visa petitions and naturalization applications.
During law school, Gabrielle was a student attorney at Northeastern University’s Immigrant Justice Clinic, where she assisted clients seeking asylum. She also served as a student attorney in the Greater Boston Legal Services’ Family Law Unit, where she assisted low-income clients and domestic violence survivors in family court.
Gabrielle actively participates in the firm’s pro bono program. She has worked with several Boston-area pro bono organizations, including Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) and Project Citizenship. She has also filed humanitarian parole applications on behalf of vulnerable female athletes in Afghanistan.
Gabrielle speaks English and is proficient in French.
