In her role, Hadar covers the commercial and monetization elements of the Fragomen business. Her primary focus is on competitive and optimized engagements, pricing and commercial terms, spend management across the firm and driving relentlessly towards efficiency via policies and process, while maintaining and growing the renowned trust and result-based exceptional experience to the firm’s clients. Hadar leans on her extensive commercial, legal, global mobility and negotiation experience to develop smart solutions that mitigate risks and optimize costs, expand opportunities and deliver value for clients. She has a strong track record of driving growth and profitability through process redesign and implementation. Hadar brings with her many years of tech industry experience, with an emphasis on practical and pragmatic business-oriented solutions, driving value to clients at the highest level of quality and cost competitiveness in a fast-paced and changing environment.
In her mobility journey and thought process, Hadar further leverages her personal and professional background, including being herself an assignee on various expat assignments, overseeing talent placement, and as a lawyer managing commercial and legal groups delivering measurable value while constantly assessing risks and opportunities.
In the journey towards efficiency and reduced costs, Hadar drives towards streamlining processes, standardization and automation—while not losing sight of the necessary personal touch—especially in relation to immigration and global mobility, which are centered around people.
Hadar prefers shifting a discussion about problem solving from a “rights” oriented debate to one about interests—finding a collective understanding of what needs to be achieved and more importantly, how. Clients appreciate Hadar’s ability to be attuned to their needs, their unique challenges and goals. She uses her deep understanding of their business and decisions to be made to connect strategy to solutions and, ultimately, to business objectives. She builds long-lasting relationships based on trust and successful business solutions and results.
In today’s world, Hadar knows that global mobility and immigration have undergone and will continue to present an enormous transformation opportunity, with additional areas of focus on top of corporate, STEM-oriented talent mobility. She believes that in the post-pandemic era, nearly every individual will have the opportunity to work outside of their country of origin. As governments slowly but surely implement highly digitized processes and adapt innovative solutions around individual data and identity, companies have a fascinating and unique window to generate impact and new solutions and process in this area.
Hadar serves in a number of volunteer roles with nonprofit organizations, conducts pro bono work related to international law and teaches negotiation skills to lawyers.
