Hazel is an IPM Business Process Manager at Fragomen, focusing on business development and end-to-end process optimization. She closely partners with cross-functional teams across the EMEA region to design, implement and enhance strategic process improvement solutions.
Before joining Fragomen, Hazel held roles in the immigration and global mobility departments of top multinational companies in the technology and energy sectors. With vast experience in in-house immigration management, process enhancement and operational strategy, she brings a deep understanding of immigration compliance and efficiency to their work.
Hazel speaks English and Turkish.
