Jack is a dedicated immigration attorney who assists a diverse range of organizations—from Fortune 10 companies to charities and nonprofits—with navigating the intricate mobility landscape. His experience extends from handling large-scale projects involving the movement of hundreds of individuals to more singular-focused endeavors, such as relocating C-level executives.
In Canada, Jack’s services extend to a diverse clientele, including Korean clients who appreciate his and his team’s understanding of the Korean context and language. With a team of Korean-speaking lawyers, Jack ensures that cultural nuances are recognized and respected.
Jack also assists with CUSMA-related applications, intra-company transfers, Labour Market Impact Assessments (including under the Global Talent Stream), as well as process compliance and inadmissibility issues. He serves clients in a wide array of verticals, including the sports/entertainment, oil and gas, financial/financial services, information technology, manufacturing and professional services industries.

Extensive experience with business visitor, NAFTA professional, intra-company transferee, and Labour Market Impact Assessment applications (LMIA), as well as employer compliance inspections.
Worked with admissibility, Family Class applications, loss of residency, and removal order appeals.
Interacted frequently with Canadian missions abroad, domestic processing centers and Port of Entry officials.
Appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board numerous times.
