Jae is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where he provides strategic legal advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of immigration law matters, with a focus on global business immigration and international workforce compliance.
He counsels clients on the establishment of immigration policies and practices; advises managers, human resources and corporate executives on immigration strategies for hiring and retaining employees; and manages the movement of foreign employees on international assignments. Jae also responds to governmental inquiries and audits concerning employment authorization of foreign employees.
He represents clients in various industries, including technology, hospitality, energy and manufacturing as well as nonprofit research institutions. Jae also represents individual clients in family-based immigration matters.
Jae has more than 12 years of experience practicing immigration law and has served as in-house immigration counsel for a Fortune 200 company.
