Jennifer (Jen) has more than five years of experience in Irish immigration and has worked across Fragomen’s London, Dublin and Sheffield offices. With a background in English and Law, she built a diverse legal career spanning clinical negligence, medical fitness to practice, financial services compliance and corporate law before specializing in corporate immigration.
Jen has extensive experience navigating complex immigration queries and compliance processes. She applies her in-depth knowledge of employment permits, visa applications and intricate residency matters to support global companies across various sectors, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, technology and finance, ensuring they remain compliant with constantly evolving Irish immigration policies.
In addition to her client work, Jen plays a key role in strengthening Fragomen’s knowledge capabilities, ensuring the firm stays at the forefront of immigration developments. She is also an active member of Fragomen’s Responsible Business Group, where she helps oversee Fragomen Ireland’s wellbeing and social impact initiatives.
