Karin has practiced immigration law with Fragomen for more than 20 years. She provides immigration policy guidance, strategic planning and advice and program support primarily to international corporations, including numerous French companies. She also provides counsel on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories to small, medium and large sized companies. Karin represents a broad array of companies in the financial, luxury, consumer packaged goods, insurance, information technology and scientific industries, among others.

Karin is active in the French business community, serves on the Board of Directors of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in New York, and is a frequent speaker on immigration law topics.

Karin is bilingual in English and French.

Karin pratique le droit de l’immigration chez Fragomen depuis plus de 20 ans. Ses principaux clients sont des sociétés internationales, dont beaucoup d’entreprises françaises : elle les informe sur la législation en vigueur, leur fait des recommandations sur le plan stratégique et leur offre un appui à l’exécution de leurs programmes. Elle fournit également à de petites, moyennes et grandes entreprises des conseils juridiques sur les principales catégories de visas (temporaires ou permanents) liées à l’emploi.

Karin représente un large éventail d’entreprises appartenant à des secteurs aussi variés que ceux, notamment, de la finance, des produits luxe, des biens de consommation courante, de l’assurance et de l’informatique.

Karin participe aux activités de la communauté française des affaires, elle siège au conseil d’administration de la Chambre de commerce franco-américaine de New York, et elle donne fréquemment des conférences sur les questions liées au droit de l’immigration.

Karin est franco-américaine et parle couramment l’anglais et le français.
