Karina is an Associate in Fragomen's UK Inbound team, where she supports corporate clients with a wide range of business immigration matters. A UK-qualified lawyer with more than three years of immigration and nationality law experience, she provides strategic guidance to multinational businesses on UK immigration compliance and mobility strategy.
Karina has extensive experience advising on the UK Points-Based System, including Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes. She also assists clients with sponsor license applications and compliance obligations under UK immigration rules. Her work spans global mobility strategy, multi-jurisdictional coordination and regulatory compliance. Karina has undertaken an international secondment in the Fragomen Dubai office, managing Saudi Arabian inbound immigration processes and liaising with regional teams across the Middle East.
In addition to corporate immigration, Karina has contributed to asylum and human rights-based cases in both the U.S. and UK. Her previous work includes supporting survivors of domestic violence in court proceedings and contributing to pro bono immigration services for family reunification.
Karina speaks English and has elementary proficiency in Italian and Spanish.
