Kasia is a Senior Manager and solicitor based in our London office with more than eight years of experience in commercial and private immigration. She works with a number of large global organisations as well as smaller regional enterprises with a focus on the insurance, finance, engineering, digital media and pharmaceutical sectors. She advises clients on commercial immigration strategy and compliance, assisting both companies and private individuals with their immigration needs.

Kasia has extensive experience in assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-up companies with the full range of their immigration needs, from the initial step of establishing a presence in the UK to subsequently expanding operations.

In addition to a broad range of commercial work, Kasia has experience in European immigration law and has assisted with a number of applications submitted under the European rules.
