Kelly is a Manager at Fragomen’s Rio de Janeiro office with more than 11 years of immigration experience. In her role, she draws from her experience working in Visa and Registration departments and coordinates with Fragomen’s Documents and Consular Team. She manages and facilitates immigration into Brazil, including offshore processes for short- and long-term immigration, local hires and permanent residency, as well as outbound practices for local and global clients. Kelly also coordinates the firm’s partnership with Local Advisors throughout the region.
Kelly joined the firm in 2013 as a Senior Immigration Consultant and was promoted to Immigration Supervisor in 2015 and Immigration Manager in 2018.
Kelly speaks English and Portuguese.
