Kelvin is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Sydney, Australia, office, where he advises companies of various sizes, ranging from multinational companies to start-ups, on their immigration matters. His experience with multinational clients includes onsite review and assessment to identify process enhancements and risk mitigation measures within the immigration and mobility workflow. This also includes regular training seminars and webinars on immigration changes to specific business groups and the creation of tailored templates and guides to simplify the immigration process.
Kelvin has assisted with the immigration aspects of company expansion plans for the Australian market, project work requiring intermittent travel, internal reviews to streamline mobility processes and visa prioritization for key individuals and management personnel. He handles a variety of applications, including Partner visas, Resident Return visas, Skilled Independent visas and Citizenship applications. Kelvin also has experience with Investment visas and Global Talent visa programs, particularly those from the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kelvin focused on refugee and asylum matters. He represented clients before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and sought intervention by the Minister for Immigration on complex issues.
