With a deep understanding of both the legal intricacies of immigration law and the practical realities of solving complex issues, Kevin’s practice focuses on developing strategic business immigration solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

He handles all aspects of nonimmigrant visas for high-skilled workers, the PERM labor certification process, immigrant petitions, consular processing and adjustment of status. Additionally, he has extensive experience in immigration compliance, having represented Fortune 500 companies in U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Labor Condition Application audits.

Kevin primarily focuses on serving finance and investment firms, including hedge funds and tech-focused companies. His profound knowledge of the finance and investment sectors enables him to provide tailored, high-touch, white-glove service. Whether working with a senior executive or an entry-level analyst, Kevin ensures each client feels valued, understanding that top-tier customer service and personalized, bespoke solutions are essential in this fast-paced, high-stakes industry.

Kevin is the current Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) USCIS Headquarters (Benefits Policy) Committee. In this influential role, he regularly engages with senior leaders at USCIS, including heads of public engagement, operations and policy direction. These direct interactions benefit the immigration bar as a whole and provide invaluable insight into the agency’s priorities, which ultimately helps to effectively guide the cases he handles by aligning case strategies with USCIS’ evolving goals.

A strong believer in the personal nature of business immigration law, Kevin emphasizes the importance of connecting with individuals on a personal level. He fosters a client service philosophy where every case is treated with care and commitment, ensuring that the team views each case as a responsibility to achieve a successful outcome affecting lives—not just a task to complete.

Kevin is a co-author of Business Immigration – Law & Practice, 2nd Edition, a leading multi-volume treatise on high-skilled employment-based immigration. He speaks frequently around the country on topics relating to high-skilled immigration.

In addition to his practice, Kevin will begin teaching as an adjunct professor of immigration law at a top 20 U.S. law school in the spring of 2025. His dedication to the field, both in practice and education, reflects his commitment to fostering a deeper understanding of immigration law and providing the highest level of service to his clients.
