Kristal is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she focuses on employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters. She has experience working with large to mid-size corporate clients on various nonimmigrant visa matters, such as H-1B, E-3, H-1B1 and TN visas. Kristal also has experience preparing I-983 plans and Employment Authorization applications for F-1 students, and responding to complex Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kristal worked for other employment law firms, where she focused on nonimmigrant visa matters and worked with mid-size to large clients in various industries, including engineering firms, software companies, financial services, and staffing agencies. Prior to beginning her career in business immigration, she served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.
